CT Capital Founders, LLC was originally created as Capital Founders LLC in 2014 as a Commercial Mortgage Company and the company became multifaceted and began a portfolio of single-family homes in New Jersey and multi-family homes in New York.

The Founder, Ceretha Johnson

Ceretha Johnson is the Owner/Founder of CT Capital Founders, LLC and has 25 years of proven track record as a Real Estate Investor and Associate Broker along with a background in Finance.

Ms. Johnson is a Property Manager working under Dimension21 Associates, Willis Sentaro as the Broker and Owner.

As an Investor, one of her properties was used to run a Licensed Day Care Center for over 14 years. Her previous background in finance has landed her jobs with Airline & TV Cable Companies.

Other finance jobs include working on Wall Street at stock and trade Brokerage companies, such as Bear Stearns, Kidder Peabody and Shearson Lehman & Hudson as a Data Processor and Stock Records Administrator.
